How CupyGift uses cookies, browser storage, tags and similar technologies, and how you can control the optional ones.

Functional and analytics technologies are used only on the basis of your consent, and refusing them does not prevent access to products or the basic shopping experience.
Scope
This Policy covers cookies, local storage, pixels, tags and similar device technologies used on the CupyGift website.
Technology categories
- Strictly necessary: required for security, cart functionality, consent records, services you explicitly request, and advertising measurement that attributes an order to the campaign it came from.
- Functional: remembers optional settings that improve your experience.
- Analytics: measures visits and interactions to understand website performance.
- Advertising measurement: measures advertising performance, attributes orders to the campaigns they came from and supports relevant advertising. It runs as part of the necessary category.
Consent rules
Strictly necessary technologies run without a separate choice because they are essential for the service you requested, protect the service itself, or measure which advertising campaign produced an order. Functional and analytics technologies stay switched off until you actively agree.
“Accept All” and “Necessary Only” are offered as equally accessible options in the cookie banner and in the cookie preferences panel. Your choice is stored and can be changed at any time. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent.

Managing your settings
You can accept all optional categories, refuse all optional categories, or manage categories individually in the cookie preferences panel. You can reopen the panel at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking all storage can affect the cart, the record of your consent choice and other features you explicitly requested.
Providers
Consent-controlled analytics may involve Google group companies and consent-controlled advertising measurement may involve Meta group companies. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

Withdrawal and deletion
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and takes effect from that point onwards. CupyGift stops loading the affected optional tags once you have changed your choice. Existing first-party measurement storage is removed where technically possible; third-party storage may also need to be removed through browser or provider settings.
Contact and changes
The inventory and this Policy are updated when technologies, purposes, providers or storage settings change. We ask for your consent again if a change means that the consent you have already given is no longer sufficient.
