Pre-Contract Information

CupyGift products are personalised digital animations, videos, songs, audio content, portraits, images and related creative services. Each product page states the format, the expected duration or resolution where relevant, the personalisation details, the delivery method and the available add-ons.

• delivery channel and file format;
• your billing and contact details.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and selected add-ons, is displayed immediately before the step that creates a payment obligation. Add-ons require an active choice and are not added through pre-ticked boxes.

Available payment methods and the payment provider are shown at checkout or in the written offer. Browsing the cart or sending a WhatsApp enquiry does not create a payment obligation.

Production starts once we have received payment, the required material and a usable brief. Delivery is electronic, through the channel stated in the order summary. If a deadline is essential, you must tell us before ordering and CupyGift must expressly accept it.

• Files are delivered in common formats such as MP4, MP3, WAV, JPG, PNG or PDF, depending on the product.
• A current device and a compatible media player or image viewer are required.
• CupyGift applies no geographic access restriction after the file has been downloaded.
• Reasonable personal backups and private sharing with the intended recipient are allowed.
• Commercial reuse, resale or public redistribution requires separate written permission.

You normally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Because CupyGift products are personalised digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right is lost once CupyGift has begun production with your express consent and after you have acknowledged that you will lose the right of withdrawal as a result, in line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This consent and acknowledgement are collected separately in the order form.

In addition, CupyGift offers a goodwill cancellation option: a full refund is normally possible before production starts, but once personalised production has started, the order cannot be refunded, but all errors on our part are corrected free of charge, with unlimited revisions. This does not affect your statutory rights. The full arrangement is set out in the Digital Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Terms.

The digital content must conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances, available remedies include bringing the content into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract with a full refund. Please contact CupyGift first with your order number and the outcome you are asking for. You may also contact your national consumer authority or bring proceedings before a competent court in your country of residence. CupyGift is not obliged, and is not currently willing, to take part in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.

Once a contract with a payment obligation has been concluded, CupyGift provides the order confirmation and the applicable terms on a durable medium, such as an email or another format that you can store and that CupyGift cannot change unilaterally.
