Scope
This Policy covers cookies, local storage, pixels, tags and similar technologies used on the CupyGift website.
Cookie Categories
- Strictly necessary: required for security, cart functions, consent records, services specifically requested by the visitor, and advertising measurement that attributes an order to the campaign it came from.
- Functional: remembers optional preferences that improve your experience.
- Analytics: measures visits and interactions so we can understand how the website performs.
- Advertising measurement: measures advertising, attributes campaigns to orders and supports relevant advertising. It is part of the strictly necessary category.
How Consent Works
Strictly necessary technologies operate without a separate choice because they are essential to provide the service you requested, to protect the service, or to measure which advertising campaign produced an order. Functional and analytics technologies remain off unless you opt in.
“Accept All” and “Necessary Only” are presented as equally accessible choices in the cookie preferences panel. Your choice is recorded and can be changed at any time. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent.

Managing Your Preferences
You can accept all optional categories, reject all optional categories or manage categories separately in the cookie preferences panel. You can reopen the panel at any time from the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking all storage may affect the cart, your saved consent choices and other functions you have specifically requested.
Providers
Consent-controlled analytics may involve Google group companies, and marketing measurement may involve Meta group companies. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

Withdrawal and Deletion
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and applies to future processing. CupyGift stops loading the relevant optional tags once you make a new choice. Existing first-party measurement storage is removed where technically possible; third-party storage may also need to be removed through browser or provider controls.
Contact and Changes
The cookie list and this Policy will be updated when technologies, purposes, providers or retention settings change. We will ask you to make a new consent choice where a change means your existing permission is no longer sufficient.
