Marketing Communications Consent
Rules for optional promotional email, SMS and WhatsApp messages sent to customers in the United States.
Last updated · August 1, 2026Marketing permission is separate from an order and is never required to buy a CupyGift product. Transactional messages about an order, payment, delivery, security or a support request are not marketing.
Sender
Channels
Where offered, consent is requested separately for the relevant communication channels, which may include email, SMS and WhatsApp. CupyGift will not treat consent to one channel as consent to every channel. Text messages (SMS), where offered, are handled in a manner consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA); marketing emails are handled in a manner consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act, including a working unsubscribe link in every message.
What Marketing Messages May Include
- new products and creative gift ideas;
- discounts, special offers and promotional codes;
- seasonal gift reminders;
- service announcements with a promotional purpose;
- optional requests to review or share a completed product;
- advertising and audience measurement where separately permitted.
Valid Consent
Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and expressed through a clear affirmative action. Checkboxes are not pre-checked. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not affect price, production, delivery, support or your other rights.
Withdrawing Consent and Opting Out
You may withdraw consent or opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe or preference link in the message, replying with an opt-out request where supported, or contacting info@cupygift.com.
Withdrawing consent is free of charge and applies to future marketing. A minimal suppression record may be retained so that your opt-out can be honored.
Consent Records
CupyGift may retain the contact point, selected channel, consent wording and version, date, source and withdrawal record as necessary to demonstrate and honor the choice.
