Pre-Contract Information

CupyGift products are personalized digital animations, films, songs, audio, portraits, images and related creative services. The relevant product page states the format, expected duration or resolution where applicable, the personalization details required, delivery method and available extras.

• personalization choices and paid extras;
• quantity, price and applicable taxes;
• accepted payment method and payment status;
• estimated production and delivery time;
• delivery channel and file format;
• the customer's billing and contact information.

The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and selected charges, is displayed immediately before the order step that creates a payment obligation. Extras require an affirmative selection and are not added through pre-checked boxes.

Available payment methods and the payment provider are shown at checkout or in the written offer. Browsing the cart or sending a WhatsApp inquiry does not by itself create a payment obligation.

Production begins after payment, required materials and a usable brief are received. Delivery is electronic through the channel shown in the order summary. If an event date is essential, it must be disclosed before ordering and accepted by CupyGift.

• Files are delivered in common formats such as MP4, MP3, WAV, JPG, PNG or PDF as stated for the product.
• A current device and compatible media player or image viewer are required.
• CupyGift does not impose any geographic access restriction after the file is downloaded.
• Reasonable personal backup copies and private sharing with the intended recipient are allowed.
• Commercial reuse, resale or public redistribution requires separate written permission.

Because orders are personalized, please review your order carefully before submitting it. A full refund is generally available if you cancel before production starts; once personalized production has begun, the order cannot be refunded, but all errors on our side are corrected free of charge, with unlimited revisions. Digital content must match the contract. Available remedies may include correction, a partial refund or cancellation with a full refund, depending on the circumstances. Support is available through info@cupygift.com and the customer-service number shown above.

Customers should first contact CupyGift with the order number and the solution they are requesting. If you are unable to resolve a complaint with us directly, you may also contact your state Attorney General's consumer protection office or file a complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

After a paid contract is concluded, CupyGift will provide the order confirmation and applicable terms in a durable format, such as email or another form that the customer can store and CupyGift cannot unilaterally alter.
